vivi

Overview.

Vivienne is a side character for my story. She's from a wealthy family and acts pretty spoiled. All of my characters come from the same story set in 2006.

ABOUT.

Vivienne is a pretty boisterous and imprudent person. She acts with lots of confidence, yet also very impatient and almost having a child-like attitude. She very much gives the vibes of a spoiled rich girl, I mean she kinda is one. She can often come off as dramatic and having a strong presence.

Despite her very strong personality, Vivi is also the type to break down and display a more timid or cowardly personality if she's confronted or things don't go as she planned. She's quite an emotional person. Since her parents always validated her and the way she acted, she's grown so attached to this personality of hers that it's hard for her to change it. And with the environment she was born in, it's in her best interest to appear strong-minded and untouchable. To those she's close with, she can be quite reliable. She can also be generous and kind, in her own unique way.

DESIGN NOTES.

Vivi's design has some royal-like elements, to symbolize her wealth and spoiled attitude.
Her hair tie is meant to resemble a small crown and her sleeves are inspired by ruffs.
The character she originally took from was inspired by the queen of hearts, so the resemblance is still there.
She wears gloves since she's somewhat of a germaphobe.
She tends to wear very sweet smelling perfumes. You could probably smell her from a mile away.
Her fashion sense consists of cute and girly outfits, mostly coquette.
With her pale skin and outfit choices, she has a very doll-like appearance. She's considered to be very pretty.

Her design came from a character from a previous story of mine, but I decided to reuse it since I like her red hair. Characters with red hair is just peak design idk. Her personality has stayed pretty much the same as the previous character she took from.
She's basicaly inspired by the spoiled girl stereotype. She's inspired by characters/media such as Furina GI, the white chicks movie, and Lottie from the Princess and the Frog.
Despite her personality, she's not actually all that rude to everyone. But she does have a big superiority complex.
She has gone by the nickname Vivi ever since she was young. She only likes certain people calling her by her nickname tho.
She loves sweets, especially those involving strawberries.
She has a pet cat named Fifi. She's a calico cat, and Vivi likes to dress her up.
I'd imagine her room looks like a princess' bedroom; having a bed canopy, balcony, and allat.
She only has a couple friends, but they are all very close. She enjoys going shopping with them. She also brings Irene along with them too quite often.
Despite how materialistic she is, she doesn't like when people only want to get close to her for her money. This has made her pretty selective with her friendships, making sure her friends actually like her for who she is.
Her fav Sanrio character, because I assign all my characters one (I'm whimsical and joyous), is My Sweet Piano.
More whimsy, bc I'm a filthy smash player, her main is Pichu. Spams the lightning moves the whole match. Has no idea she takes damage from her moves. Doesn't play Pikachu because she thinks Pichu is cuter. Only plays like 2 matches before she gets upset she keeps losing and leaves.
My new obssesion is Marvel Rivals so her main is Emma Frost. Likes to play very aggressively. The type of tank that is always overextending without looking back, dies, and then complains her team wasn't making space with her. Buys all the cosmetics, including the ones of characters she never plays.

Relationships.

IRENE [ cousin ]

Irene is pretty close to Vivienne, despite their different personalities. Vivi enjoys being with Irene, but she sometimes wishes she were more confident. Despite her pridefulness, Vivi can sometimes act as a sort of protective older sister to Irene.

LOUIS [ knows of ]

Vivi doesn't really like going to the area where Louis works at because the brokies live there. However, she has found herself going there more often because of Irene. She finds something off about him, but can't really pinpoint what. Neither Vivi or Irene know of Louis' actual job, despite him having had worked with their family.

MADDIE [ friend ]

Through Irene, Vivi found out about the cafe Maddie works at. She was really glad that she did because she ended up loving all the sweets and pastries from there. Maddie was pretty excited to learn more about Vivi, because of how pretty and doll-like she looked. It started off with Maddie asking for the makeup and skincare products that Vivi uses to them talking about their common interests. With how positive and friendly Maddie is, Vivi really ended up enjoying hanging out with her at the cafe. She now considers Maddie as one of her few friends and Vivi invites her to shop together.

CLAUDE [ secret fan of ]

Claude could be considered Vivi's celebrity crush. He's really not what would be considered her type, she actually hated him for quite some time. It annoyed her how often her friends mentioned him, everything about him seemed insufferable. So she did some research to more effectively criticize him. And then she did more research... and more research after that. She hates to admit it, but at some point she ended up actually liking him. And now she makes it her mission to deny any attraction towards him to her friends. She got quite upset when she learnt that Irene got to meet him in person. Irene was pretty confused by this since she was still under the impression she hated him.
