About
Tobi is a major side character for my story. A corporate CEO, he's calm and intelligent. All of my characters come from the same story set in 2006.
Personality
Tobi is very intelligent and cunning. He's calculated and observant, he always seems to know everything about everyone. He's calm, making him great at keeping his composure during tense situations. Despite his outwardly friendly face, Tobi is very manipulative and good at deceiving others. He's charismatic and a natural leader, making it easy for people to trust him, which he then uses for his advantage. He possesses great analytical skills. This had led him to also develop exceptional business skills making him very successful. Even though he presents himself to have an ordinary corporation, he does use his power to venture into shady business. He can be quite ruthless when engaging in this.
Tobi is a great speaker, being great at driving conversations and getting what he wants from them. This goes in hand with his negotation skills, being capable of negotiating what he wants from anyone. He has a smooth way of talking, which was acquired through previous experiences and his street smarts. However, he does have his own trust issues due to the position he's in. This keeps him from getting too close to others, such as his colleagues. Even though Tobi is well regarded by the majority of people around him, he does have a mysterious and uneasy aura that some manage to pick up on.

More whimsy, bc I'm a filthy smash player, his mains are Wolf & Sephiroth. Bro likes to play evil characters. Plays in a very risky way, does a lot of those Wolf side b kills. Rarely plays games but is somehow always cracked when he picks up a control. Does singular tbags.
My new obssesion is Marvel Rivals so his main is Loki. Plays like a dps, you could stand right in front of him and he would actively shoot away so to not heal you. Diffs the player he copied with his ult, always copies a dps or tank. Somehow manages to get MVP very frequently, ends with around 2000 healing (nearly all of it is self-heals). Ragebaits, spawncamps other team. Gets "report our Loki" a lot.

Design
Design Notes- Tobi's design was inspired by rennaissance period art
- He also takes slight inspiration from rococo and angelic themes
- His eyes are always in a squinting position, looking like smiling eyes. It doesn't feel a genuine smile though, his eyes have a feeling of hollowness to them
- He likes to wear a lot of gold and flashy jewelry
- This is kinda oddly specific. When light shines on his hair, it has a sort of iridescent color to it making it almost look like a halo.
- He usually wears his coat over his shoulders. He typically only puts it on properly for important or formal occassions.
- His style is fancy and classy but still relatively business casual. He only wears clothing from high-end brands, so idk drip him out with some gucci

Relationships
Mae[ close friend ]
Mae works at a small bakery in the city. Tobi tends to wake up early for work and leaves to buy coffee at her place. He ended up enjoying the ambience of the place and talking with Mae, which ended up making this bakery his go-to place. The bakery doesn't have much traffic around the time he comes by, so Tobi often takes the chance to have chats with her. Although he typically only comes by in the mornings, he does frequently arrive at night to offer Mae help for closing. He has offered her hefty tips various times but she often resufes them out of humility. Out of most the people he knows, Mae is one of the few Tobi trusts the most. It's mostly since she's just an ordinary person with no ulterior motives that he should be wary of. Tobi personally enjoys having someone who he can actually talk freely to.
Louis[ close friend ]
Louis is a friend and acquaintance to Tobi. Tobi has known Louis for quite some time due to working together, having mutual respect between each other. Tobi is slightly more trustworthy towards Louis, although not entirely since he's aware of his job and capabilites. He sees him as a friend but would prefer to not get him too involved with his business and plans. They have a sort of 'no hard feelings' vibe in the case they ever get put up against each other.
Leo[ corny ahh ]
Despite the two both being smug rich dudes, they don't get along all that well. It's like an unstoppable object vs an immovable force, both have their heads so far up they think the other is absolutely delusional for how they act. They really don't realize they're basically looking into a mirror. They've done some business together, although it's usually Tobi working with Leo's dad. Leo once wanted to make a film based on a book but Tobi decided to buy the rights to it and copyright it out of spite, so yeah that movie never came out.
Irene[ acquaintance ]
Tobi knows Irene from working with her family. They don't really talk too much with each other, just casual conversation. Tobi does feel some pity over Irene's upbringing and situation, but that's about it.
