Phoebe is a side character for my story. An doctor, she's level-headed and tranquil. All of my characters come from the same story set in 2006.

Phoebe appears composed and nurturing, yet very silent. She has a generally quiet demeanor and doesn’t talk much, unless out of necessity. It’s not out of shyness, she’s just much more reserved. She can sometimes appear to be a bit emotionless with her completely blank face. She can be somwhat of a shut-in, usually preferring to spend most of her time in her lab. She tends to get worn down pretty quickly from socializing. Despite all this, she’s not totally antisocial. She really values connections and relationships, but she prefers things a bit more mellowed out.

Regardless, Phoebe has quite the commanding presence. Even without talking, she demonstrates high competence and confidence. Just a bad look from her could intimidate someone. She is quite the compassionate and gentle person, truly caring a lot over everyone in Ext 07 and can be quite vigilant towards them. It’s become common for her to perform frequent check-ups on the group. She basically forces everyone to do these and can be a bit overbearing, but she does so to assure everyone is in good health. With her lack of emotions, this has basically become her way of demonstrating love and care to others.
